How Do I Use Flonase Sensimist Allergy Relief Spray?

In order to get maximum Flonase allergy relief, make sure you use this nasal spray the way it was intended. Before each use, shake your bottle of Flonase and use your thumb and forefinger to squeeze the bottle, allowing the cap to come off easily. If it is your first time using the bottle, the lid has been off or you haven't used your spray in 30 days, your bottle needs to be primed by squeezing the bottle into the air until a fine mist appears. If you pump six times without a mist appearing, you may need to clean the nozzle. Before using, blow your nose to clear your nostrils then place into your nostril with your head slightly forward and aim slightly away from the center of your nose.
